Las condiciones de la aplicación gratuita de Factuleo en ChatGPT, que analiza facturas de proveedor sin necesidad de cuenta.

Qué es. Una herramienta gratuita que lee facturas de proveedor adjuntas en ChatGPT y compara sus precios. La ofrece Alex Ortiz, titular de Factuleo.
Para qué sirve, y para qué no. Para revisar facturas que tu negocio ha recibido de sus proveedores. No es asesoramiento contable ni fiscal, y no sustituye a tu gestor.
Revisa las cifras. La lectura la hace un modelo de inteligencia artificial y puede equivocarse. Cuando una cifra no cuadra, la herramienta lo avisa, pero también puede fallar sin avisar. Antes de tomar una decisión con un precio, compruébalo en la factura original.
Lo que adjuntas. Adjunta solo documentos que tengas derecho a usar. No adjuntes documentos que no sean facturas de proveedor.
Límites. Hasta 12 facturas por conversación, y un límite general de uso que puede hacer que tengas que esperar. Podemos cambiar estos límites, o dejar de ofrecer la herramienta, en cualquier momento.
Sin garantías más allá de la ley. La herramienta se ofrece tal cual, gratis y sin garantía de disponibilidad ni de exactitud, en la medida en que la ley lo permite. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumidores.

Terms of use for Factuleo in ChatGPT

What it is. A free tool that reads supplier invoices attached in ChatGPT and compares their prices. Offered by Alex Ortiz, owner of Factuleo.
What it is for, and what not. For reviewing invoices your business has received from its suppliers. It is not accounting or tax advice, and does not replace your accountant.
Check the figures. The reading is done by an artificial intelligence model and can be wrong. When a figure does not add up, the tool says so, but it can also fail without saying so. Before making a decision based on a price, check it against the original invoice.
What you attach. Attach only documents you are entitled to use. Do not attach documents that are not supplier invoices.
Limits. Up to 12 invoices per conversation, and an overall usage limit that may mean you have to wait. We may change these limits, or stop offering the tool, at any time.
No warranty beyond the law. The tool is provided as is, free of charge, with no guarantee of availability or accuracy, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
